Information we monitor about visitors to our website

• Sub-contractor and partner references

2. Security

Clients’ details are held in the office, which is located at Joanna Trett’s ’ home address.

The property is fully alarmed when not occupied.

The computer is password sensitive and this is only known by Joanna

Paper copies handed to Goldenshine Domestic Cleaning sub-contactors, are kept confidential under goldenshine Domestic Cleaning sub-contractors’ agreement and once contract is terminated between contractors, all data (and keys) are to be returned to Jo goldenshine to be shredded.


Keys, keysafe and alarm codes are only to be used by jo and the assigned Sub-contractor and only during the agreed day/s and time/s set out and agreed between Goldenshine Cleaning and the individual client.

Codes and keys will be stored safely and confidential at all times and only Jo Trett and the assigned Sub-contractor will have access to these.

3. Individual Rights

Client’s have the right to request to see any personal information held on them, by Goldenshine Domestic Cleaning and Joanna Trett will co-operate fully to assist clients to exercise their rights under the GDPR.
